We are the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) wing located in Birmingham, Alabama. Our mission is to pass on the rich legacy of aviation in Alabama to the next generation, and honor those who came before us, through maintaining and flying historic military aircraft.

Our wing has acquired a World War Two era US Army trainer aircraft, a PT-19 Fairchild, to begin this endeavor. If you would like to help in furthering this cause, please reach out to us about joining our team. All are welcome and encouraged to get involved with the aircraft and outreach programs we are working to start throughout Central Alabama.
